Circle Pact are pacts, introduced for the first time on July 16, 2014 introducing the first pact 
elite familiar for the event Hunt in Darkness. The pacts were also featured the pact elite familiar for The Keepers and Siege Tourney 3.
Afterwards other pacts were introduced to feature the pact elite familiar for those events. Circle Pact then became loosely associated with Special Dungeons, with the pacts released during Special Dungeons.
