Hi. Chern's been gone for years, so I find it unlikely that he will reply to this message. That said, (almost) all images on here belongs to none of us, but rather to the company DeNA, so you'd have to ask them if you can use it or not, as I'm fairly certain the pics are copyrighted.
Hey Chernabogue, I've been playing a lot with the Blood Brothers data as well as trying to create a more useful data sheet with even more abilities than the current on in use.
I came across an old post about needing help with administration, and while I might not be much help administering individual pages, but I would love to take on the upkeep and maintenance of the familiar/skill/etc. database.
I'll copy the post I wrote on the page as it gives and overview of what I am thinking.
It really feels to me like we should make this chart a little more user friendly by having some indication of what stat (agi/wis/str/misc (i.e. bulwark fams or certain buffers)) the familiars attacks are based off. I was thinking we could color code their primary offensive stat to show that it is a "wis" fam etc, but people like to arrange lists and that would make things look a little weird.
I was thinking we could color the link to their skill with a bold color depending on the stat, but I just had an even better idea- we could change the cell background with the fam's name to match its "type." I think the charts would be a lot easier and quicker to break down what you are wanting to compare/look up.
I am pretty much positive gobs of people come check this list out looking for ways to upgrade/build their brig and when all types are lumped in together than can be quite a slog unless you have every ability memorized in which case I'd say you're at the point of barely needing these types of charts.
TL,DR: IMO we should color code the background of familiars' name cells in the chart above to indicate if they are str/wis/agi/other based for much easier reference.
(I can give this a swing, but if someone else thinks it's a good idea and wants to handle it go right ahead. :))
Note: After I posted this I took a swing at looking at what it would take to do this, but I couldn't figure out how to get into things like changing the color of the fields in, say, the template for row entries where you enter the name, style of attack (cone, sweeping, etc) and what color THAT should be coded, but I have no idea how to dig deeper into that code to figure out how to add another field to, say, make agility fams have a yellow cell background or even something like a bold red font for their name. That seems to be deeper in the templates and so I contacted you as it looked like you were the one who put this together.
If you are going to leave the events page (the one showing event history) locked, could you possibly task someone to update it? It's only two events behind, but that's over a week and a half at this point. That would be great, thanks!
Hi, I was editing a comment that I had made. I did a paste of a word from a dictionary which happened to be in the wrong font. When I tried to delete that word the whole page went screwy and now I can only see 3 comments. If however I do a lookup via my contributions I can see all the comments.
I have tried to re-edit that comment and it seems to take but when I go back through conventional means, I can still only see 3 comments.
I would like to suggest that we do not include the date captured from bbrpg for events reward fam while event is undergoing. I know and understand that if we were to post the PE stats prior event conclusion can help the community to decide if it is worth the chase, but lately I've seen quite a few stats change incidents and also whining as a result of that.
