There're 3 hrs until this event end and I just saw 2 diaochan R1 in a team
Can someone explain to me how can they do it since she is still non-tradable

I'm not sure when you took this screen shot, but as of right now, the event ended over three hours ago. I've already received my ranking rewards.

i fought them then taken that screenshot and up it on here after check my bazaar to see they are still non-tradable .and before that ,i did restart my game so it should be up-to-date

you get 1 after 1.8 million points and you will get another one if you were at least top 35k

never mind, it could be my game problem .Since i sat out this event, i don't have enough points to get event rare so couldn't check if at that time ,event ranking rewards delivered or not
