Tower of Trial Bug - Compensation

Hi everyone. Some of you had the same failure, cant resume the game, after starting the Tower of Trial. Till now I had waitend for 2 Days to reconnect and resume again.

Ive lost so much time and points. And not only that. the 3 tower coins i used to open the door get lost too. and my resuming gameplay was in front of the door. so i lost the coins and the points of the bosses and the chance to capture them :(

befor that happend I had a rank of 6k and now 36k....

do anybody of you know if there is a compensation for players who couldnt play 2 days and missed so many chances of boss capturing and getting a high rank?

DeNA now issued 2 types of compensations, Type 1 is for those who really got stuck inside the vault/reported the incident, and Type 2, those issued to everyone.

Type 1 Compensation includes:

Compensation for Loyal event players

2 Elixir

4 Tower Coins

1 Hearts Blood

Compensation for Gameplay issue

20 Blood Meal

10 Dried Sage

1 Elixir

6 Tower Coins

Type 2 Compensation

Compensation for Gameplay issue

20 Blood Meal

10 Dried Sage

1 Elixir

6 Tower Coins

I got 20 BMs....jeez...I'll be much happier with less but in Mandrakes or HB instead...

You mean not everyone has the same compensation? I'm pretty sure that at least everyone got the Type 2 compensation.

And with that, does it mean it's safe to enter the tower again?

So far it's safe but the crummy points you can garner since they've halved it means you'll need a whole bunch of HB and Mandrakes to chase the pack....

I think that the compensation will never be "fair". How do you value lost time or how that time would be used? 10 scarlet and 10 Hb to everybody, after if we are lucky we pick a good Epic or even a L. Otherwise nothing

I think everyone gets it but you. Let's leave it at that.

People spent money on resources then used those resources to improve their ranking. THEN they got frozen out of the game, which will impair their ranking for the entire event. At the higher rankings, you cannot make up that difference, so the money was wasted.

They should have turned the point boost back on, that would have been smarter.

Agreed, that should have been better. I used the tower coins they gave me and after 5 consecutive runs, I never made enough points to overcome 2K places, but actually dropped 4k places after I got stuck.
