The Bazaar: Part 2 - 25.03.2015[]
As promised last time did I had 4 Sekhmet to give away and as I had 6 different commenters it was easy to roll a dice. Number 4 was the lucky number and in this case this was Yuhhaur! I presume that you want me to hand it to Fordy's Donation Project? I will do as you like. ;-)
This week's topic are L fams. Not the new and shiny Legendaries, I will write about the second row. Legendaries can be optained in 3 ways: 1) As a Top Ranking Reward in an Event. 2) On the Bazaar and last but not least 3) In Paid Pacts. I exclude the option to get a L from Kindred, Werebeast or Scarlet Coins today as I don't believe that this happens much.
Every time a new paid pact is released you see the Top new L/M fam. Currently we have for example the Champion Pact with Vlad, Swap and the Tier Pact with the Banshee Rider. However if you scroll down to the others Legendaries available in this Pact you see the fams the paying players are more likely to get:

Tier Pact[]
Garuda; Valin; Kangana; Jinx-Eye Dragon; Ebon Dragon; Void Yaksha; Fenrir; Wolfert; Gathgoic; Holloferniges; Alluring Merrow
This are "common" Legendaries and we will look at the 7 fams which are available in both Pacts. When a new Pact comes out notice the "swarm" on unlevelled new L1 fams on theBazaar. This is buying time!
Void Yaksha[]
A strong ATK fam with poison affliction. His best selling prices are short before a Raid Event as a poisoned Raid Boss gets some extra high damage.
Currently goes the L1 for 13-14 GH and the POPE L2 for 32-33 GH. I have sold aPOPE L2 before last Raid for 38 GH!
Still Tier S for PvP and S+ for Raid.
Fenrir[]
Solid Defender but outclassed even by some new EP fams. PvP Tier List sees him in the same league as Hoska in Tier S but I would disagree. Protects only 2 adjacent fams and has no Bulwark like Marraco. The L1 is sold for 20-22 GH and the POPE L2 for 46-48 GH. Ancient Tree Golem (Tier A+) could be a very good cheap alternative for him.
Garuda
[]
The stronger Two-Headed Stormwyrm. They share the same skill Blastwave and while Stormwyrm is a Tier B fam makes Garuda the Tier A+ side due to his stats. The L1 goes for 5 GH and POPE L2 for 13-14 GH. I believe I had sold a POPE Garuda for 12 GH. Maybe he is more expensive before a WBT Magic Realm. Weakest part on this fam is that his skill works only on the front row. But switched in from reserve against a back row WIS team it could be a very good option.

Hollofemyiges

One of this Whirlwind fams as written in the last blog post. Due to his skill he goes for a lot of GH. Unlevelled should he be around 95 GH and levelled goes for 115-120 GH. L2 goes for nearly the same with 100 GH and POPE goes for something around 170 GH. Save your GH I would say. Tier S+ for PvP and Tier X for Raid (in an AGI Brig).
Jinx-Eye Dragon

An opening debuff fam. It has a chance to silence all foes at start of battle (21%). Debuff is not very popular and if he does not Proc and/or his silence does not work he is pretty useless. Therefore you get this Legendary very cheap: The L1 goes for 5 GH, L2 for 10 GH and POPE around 15 GH.
Wolfert, Grave Keeper

The stronger version of Nuadha, the Shining Blade. They share the same sweeping skill Slashing Blade. While Nuadha is a Tier C fam makes Wolfert Tier S. I would strongly vote for a demotion of him with all the Reactive fams out there. However the L1 goes still for 27-28 GH and the L2 for 67-70 GH. POPE as high as 80 GH.
Gathgoic the Other
The WIS version of Void Yaksha however without the poison affliction. If buffed a very strong fam and Tier S in PVP but only Tier A in Raid. I would promote him to A+ but I guess I'm not asked. ;-) The L1 goes for 16-20 GH and the L2 for 24-25 GH, POPE might be around 30 GH. If you get a Void L1 level him uptrade him for a Gathgoic L1, level him as well and get easy GHs.
A solid full L brigade could be optainable for around 165-170 GH:
