World Battle Tournament Guide

Hello Wikians!!  MrMcSpankie here to bring you all the tips and tricks that I can think of to do well in the new events, World Battle Tournament.

First off we need to determine if you will be running a single realm for rank L or if you will be rushing for an L.  Also be sure that you have the resources needed, Mandrake leaves and/or Mandrakes.  I have seen a little as 100 MD needed to acquire a rush L up to several hundred.

Rush L Reward

The rush L reward is one that you can acquire before the event is over.  To get this L reward you have to be one of the first 130 players to successfully clear the Gold Tier in each of the three realms.  Rushing for the L can also provide extra rewards as you will most likely received all of the R and EP rush rewards as well, adding a handful of extra GH or CC that can be obtained after the event ends.  It seems that the best way to go about this is to do mostly natural regen the bronze tiers of the realms.  You will still get a few of the R rush rewards from bronze due to the fact that there are 1200 of them available, also this allows you to save and gain resources to push hard for silver and gold.  Silver Tier it will get a little bit more difficult and you will need to use up some of your resources to hurry up and finish all of the Silver Tiers before Gold Tiers open up.  Gold Tier will be the most difficult tier to rush since it will take the most Glory to pass the levels as well as all the other players attempting to rush for the L as well.  Once you have obtained the rush L you are now free to run in your favorite realm for the remainder of the event in hopes of gaining rank L.

Rank L Reward

Going for the rank L reward is very similar to going for the rush L reward.  You can either try to obtain the rush L reward, which in most cases will have you at the ranking you need to be anyways, or you can choose to simply continue to run only in a single realm.  So people may not like one of the realms or they may not have the fams needed to to well in that realm.  In this case you can go all the way to Gold Tier in a single realm and continue to run that realm for the entire event.  This will also provide you with a few extra rush rewards for a few extra resources at the end of the event.  Just like rush L, you can most likely natural regen the first day or two to build resources and then push hard the rest of the event.

Realm of Chaos

The Realm of Chaos is just that, Chaos.  In this realm there is no defined battle order.  This means that your low AGI fam can attack before your opponents high AGI fam.  The same concept also applies if a battle order skill is activated.  Many people that I have spoken to say that the best fams for this realm are strong and tanky fams.  This is because if you have no clue as to the battle order then you either want to survive if it is not in your favor or destroy the other team if it is.

Realm of Echos

The Realm of Echos adds a random buff or debuff to either your team or your opponents team at the beginning of each battle.  This realm most resembles a regular PvP battle due to the fact that the debuffs/buffs to not carry that much significance.

Realm of Might

The Realm of Might is based solely on ATK.  In this realm no skills that are WIS or AGI based will work, they will do 0 damage, and WIS auto attacks do not work either.  All of your fams should be ATK auto attack fams and ATK based skills for the best chance.  A good tip for this realm is to target the team with the most fams that will do 0 damage.

Realm of Magic

The Realm of Magic is based soley on WIS.  In this realm no skill that are ATK or AGI based will work, they will do 0 damage, and ATK auto attacks do not work either.  All of your fams should be WIS auto attack fams and WIS based skills for the best chance.  A good tip for this realm is to target the team with the most fams that will do 0 damage.

Realm of Swiftness

The Realm of Swiftness is based soley on AGI.  In this realm no skills that are ATK or WIS based will work, they will do 0 damage, and NO auto attacks will work.  All of your fams should be AGI based skill fams for the best chance.  A good tip for this realm is to target the team with the least amount of fams with AGI skills.

Other Misc Tips

• If only rushing for L, you should flee when you get to higher WS's that take you too long to beat.  This will allow you to gain Glory faster by only being in quick easy battles.
